I’ve been a photographer for over 30 years, being a keen amateur back in the days of film with many hours spent in the darkroom processing images. These days, with modern advances in digital imaging, processing has changed from chemicals to bytes, from paper to pixels, but it still requires a well composed and taken image to begin with.

Although I don’t limit myself to portraiture, I enjoy photographing people more than anything else, from formal portraits to fun family shoots, right through to more intimate boudoir sessions.

I have a love of Black and White and was a finalist in the Australian Photographer of the Year 2022 Black and White Competition, the largest competition of its kind in the southern hemisphere. In 2023, I achieved a Commended and Highly Commended in the MONO Awards (Australia and New Zealand’s largest Black and White photography competition). More recently, I was a featured photographer in ION Magazine.
